Use of the service
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with your agreement, account permissions, and applicable policies.
Customer content
You retain ownership of vendor records, questionnaires, responses, evidence, and other content you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, secure, and display that content as part of the service.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, assigning appropriate user roles, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the service. No system is perfectly secure, and customers remain responsible for their own endpoint and access controls.
Disclaimers
The service supports third-party risk workflows but does not replace legal, compliance, security, or procurement judgment. Reports and scores should be reviewed by qualified personnel.
